ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an Austin-based, experienced, go-getting, events and natural products-loving Lead Brand Ambassador to join our SchroderHaus crew. 


 

This opportunity is a non-exempt, Part-Time role with an expected campaign timeframe of late June through mid September  2025 (exact timing TBD based on secured events and other in-market activations). During this campaign, the Lead Brand Ambassador will be helping activate events over a 10-12 week period, with the events varying in size and type.  


 

Reporting to our Director of Experiential Marketing, the Austin Lead Brand Ambassador will play a pivotal role in executing activations for Little Spoon. Specifically, this work will include, but not be limited to:


 

  • Participating in Little Spoon brand and SchroderHaus training sessions
  • Assist with the hiring of Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to be the face of Little Spoon at events and other activations in Austin during the campaign 
  • Supervising and scheduling shifts for the Brand Ambassadors,  providing all necessary event details in a timely manner
  • Coach Brand Ambassadors, continually reinforcing Little Spoon’s key talking points, best practices, sampling guidelines and legalities, always leading by example
  • Serve as the main point of contact for SchroderHaus and Little Spoon for all events and overall operations in Austin during the campaign
  • Manage all event logistics, ensuring proper setup and display of all assets and product samples per guidelines; you will be expected to work each event and lead the team on-site
  • Manage the logistics and communication with our cold and dry storage locations, inventory product samples and event materials, receive shipments to the facilities, and organize all assets
  • Pick up and drive a rental van to transport event materials and product to and from storage and event locations 
  • Consistent communication with the Director of Experiential Marketing, participating in weekly calls and providing status updates for your market as needed
  • Submission of event reports within 24-hours of the event,  utilizing provided event report via Google forms, including photos, activation results and consumer feedback
  • Weekly time tracking review for Brand Ambassadors on your team, ensuring they are accurate
  • Measure performance against key campaign and event goals, e.g. total number of samples distributed in Austin over the campaign, number of leads generated by event, etc. 


 

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU’RE A FIT?


 

  • You’re ready to dive right in! We’re looking for an experienced Lead Brand Ambassador who is passionate about educating consumers on organic and healthy options for growing families
  • You have at least a year of experiential marketing campaign management experience, including scheduling and overseeing a small team of brand ambassadors, managing product, event assets and logistics, etc.
  • You’re a social chameleon. You’re comfortable approaching a variety of people and initiating a compelling conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with families 
  • You thrive in a family friendly and fun environment
  • You are PUMPED about the idea of getting experience with an entrepreneurial agency team that’s dedicated to providing clients amazing creative support
  • When you reach for a snack, it’s typically one that’s free of weird stuff like pesticides and preservatives - you LOVE finding new natural foods to NOSH on
  • You like to laugh and have fun
  • Comfortable driving a rental van throughout the Greater Austin Area to transport samples and event materials to and from events
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekend events from late June through mid September
  • Must possess both a clean driving record and no criminal record
  • Must have a valid driver’s license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked and proof of vehicle insurance as required by state law
  • BONUS:  You have a Texas Food Handler Certificate 
  • BONUS:  Your past Brand Ambassador experience includes working with natural and organic food brands


 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires standing and walking at events for up to 8-12 hours, bending and carrying up to 50lbs alone or up to 100 lbs with assistance.


 

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Our Part-Time Lead Brand Ambassador will earn $30/hour, and will work between 15-25 hours per week from late June to mid September, depending on secured activations and events.
