Position Overview:

We’re hiring a bubbly, energetic Inside Sales Associate to join our team part-time for the summer. If you're a people person who thrives on conversation and connection, this could be the perfect fit. This in-office role is focused on outbound calls and follow-ups only — no fieldwork or door-to-door sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound phone calls to potential leads and past contacts

Build rapport and have friendly, professional conversations

Track call outcomes and maintain accurate follow-up records

Use tools like Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office

Type detailed notes and updates during and after calls

Collaborate with the real estate team to support outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For:

Upbeat, outgoing personality with great communication skills

Experience in a customer-facing or public-interaction role

Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing

Comfortable using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required)

Outside-the-box thinker who can adapt quickly to situations

Reliable, organized, and self-directed

Must work in-office in Suntree, Melbourne, FL

Job Details:

Part-Time (Summer Only)

8–15 hours/week (flexibility to choose the set schedule that works best)

$15–$17 per hour, based on experience

In-office only – remote work is not available
