💰Salary: $73,668 – $99,936 per year ($6,139 – $8,328 per month)

Are you a dedicated, licensed RN ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities? The Division of Developmental Disabilities is looking for Registered Nurse I professionals to join our compassionate care team at Kiley Developmental Center in Waukegan, IL.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct, hands-on nursing care on an assigned shift
• Guide and support lower-level staff in proper care techniques and safety procedures
• Collaborate in treatment team meetings and document medical updates
• Conduct quality assurance activities, infection control audits, and reports
• Serve as a medical resource for the Center during your shift
• Keep your skills sharp with ongoing training and certifications

📚 What We’re Looking For:
• Graduation from an approved nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift, respond to emergencies, and manage high-responsibility situations
