What You'll Do


As the Program Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant club programs, ensuring their success and sustainability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with staff to deliver engaging and impactful programs.
  • Crafting schedules to maximize participation and enjoyment for Members.
  • Connecting with parents, addressing their inquiries, and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with community partners to support recruitment and engagement.
  • Acting as the primary Club leader when the Site Supervisor is unavailable.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multifaceted programs and connect with staff, parents, and community partners.
