What You'll Do
As the Program Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant club programs, ensuring their success and sustainability. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with staff to deliver engaging and impactful programs.
- Crafting schedules to maximize participation and enjoyment for Members.
- Connecting with parents, addressing their inquiries, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with community partners to support recruitment and engagement.
- Acting as the primary Club leader when the Site Supervisor is unavailable.
