Duties

  • Evaluates and analyzes the customer's business system requirements for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, compatibility, and testability.
  • Works with key project stakeholders and businesspeople to formulate and communicate the business requirements for the project.
  • Plans and establishes the work schedules, deadlines and standards for acceptable work. Participates in development of project proposals and work breakdown structures (WBSs).
  • Designs and develops an appropriate IT solution that fully satisfies the customer's business systems requirements.
  • Tests and validates that all software modifications meet system specifications and that they fulfill the approved business system requirements.
  • Oversees implementation and maintenance of system software modifications/ Participates in release management, software transition, and deployment activities
