Digital Strategy & Operations Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Propose new user engagement strategies to maximize time spent on the YES App
  • Partner with Digital team to ensure smooth YES App digital operations (e.g., content delivery, user feedback analysis, payments analysis)
  • Identify bottlenecks in current digital operations and propose solutions
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends and industry developments, providing insights to the business team
  • Collaborate with leadership across Business Development, Marketing, Production and more to complete projects requiring knowledge of various aspects of the business
  • Support Data & Analytics team in analyzing viewership trends, creation of user cohorts, monthly sales reporting, etc.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a matriculating undergraduate student
  • Track record of work and/or academic experience with strategic analysis
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to solve complex problems in an ambiguous environment
  • Must be proficient in Word and Excel; experience with data visualization tools highly regarded
  • Passion for business of sports and media is preferred
  • Must be available to work in YES’ Manhattan office
