Ranked by U.S. News and World Report as #18 in their 2022-2023 list of Best Places to Live in the USA, Boston is one of America's oldest and most unique cities with a little something for everyone. Boston is a historic City, home of the Boston Tea Party, Paul Revere, and premiere historical sites located along the 2.5-mile Freedom Trail including Bunker Hill, the Old North Church, Faneuil Hall, Boston Common and the USS Constitution.

Boston is “wicked smaht” as the home of America’s first public library (1653) and currently more than 50 colleges and universities in the greater Boston area, including MIT, Harvard, and the Berklee College of Music. It is where you can find the New England Aquarium, Museum of Science, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Ballet, and countless other galleries and venues hosting performances every day of the year. It is also home to world class championship professional sports, the Boston Marathon, and the Head of the Charles Regatta.

Boston is a very walkable city with its downtown the site of the nation’s first public subway system (1898) which has since grown to today’s MBTA regional transportation network of subway, bus, trolley, train, and harbor ferry services spanning hundreds of miles of eastern Massachusetts, stitching together the urban core to the neighborhoods, the suburbs, and the cities beyond.
