Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent – Allstate

OVERVIEW
MS Pezeshki Agency, an established independent Allstate agency in North Dallas, is seeking a licensed Texas P&C sales professional to sell Auto, Home and other personal-lines insurance. This is a full-time, in-office position employed by MS Pezeshki Agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through community outreach, networking, and telemarketing efforts.

• Sell personal lines insurance products (Auto, Home and more), generate new business through Leads, referrals and Outbound efforts.

• Meet or Exceed a minimum production goal of 30+ items per month.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Ability to perform detailed analysis of client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
