Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will represent client products and services directly to customers in retail settings, creating positive brand interactions and driving sales. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth into leadership, campaign management, and other advanced roles.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and promotions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize sales performance
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and campaign initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
