Retail Brand Ambassador

Job Description

We are actively hiring driven individuals for a full-time, in-store sales position. This role is built for individuals who are motivated by performance, thrive in goal-oriented environments, and are looking to grow their income while developing strong, real-world sales skills.

You’ll be part of a results-driven team with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and defined opportunities for advancement within the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers in a retail setting to identify needs and sales opportunities
  • Present products, services, and promotions with confidence and professionalism
  • Consistently work toward daily and weekly sales goals
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy workspace
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales and communication skills
  • Develop product knowledge and apply effective sales techniques
