Senior Audit Associate (Spanish-Speaking, CPA Track) – Pathway to Full-Time & Equity Potential 

Southern Audit Group is expanding its international audit team and is seeking a Spanish-speaking Senior Audit Associate (CPA track) to support engagements across Latin America. 

This role is designed for candidates with a MA in Accounting or pursuing a CPA licensure who are looking for accelerated, hands-on experience and a long-term growth path within a developing firm and a path to equity. 

Role Structure: 

  • Begin with two contract-based project engagements (2–4 weeks each) 
  • Performance-based evaluation period 
  • Target transition to full-time role within ~5 months 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Participate in audit and advisory engagements across Latin America 
  • Work directly with cross-border teams and client stakeholders 
  • Travel internationally for short-term engagements (2–4 weeks) 
  • Contribute to audit procedures, financial reporting, and client deliverables 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Eligible to sit for CPA exam within ~12 months), or recently passed.  
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency 
  • Cultural familiarity with Latin American business environments preferred 
  • Experience living or studying in Latin America preferred 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Willingness and availability for international travel 

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Conversion): 

  • Base salary 
  • Health insurance 
  • Revenue share (end-of-year performance-based bonus) 
  • Eligibility for equity participation after 18 months, based on performance and firm growth
