Tapia Camp Instructor

Graduate students in STEM fields are encouraged to apply.

Tapia Camp Instructors will deliver the Tapia Camps STEM curriculum to middle and high school campers during three week-long sessions. Instructors will receive training in curriculum, pedagogy, and camp culture both virtually and in person. Instructors will chaperone the weekly field trip for campers. Instructors will be responsible for the safety and well-being of all program participants during the instructional hours. Instructors will enthusiastically lead and participate in various camp songs, games, and activities. 

Training will consist of 2-hour sessions on Thursdays in June and a weeklong Staff Camp from 6/29-7/3. 

Camp runs for three weeks from July 3 to July 25. 

Instructors will work Sunday-Friday while camps are in session.
