Customer Service Associate

We are hiring for a customer-facing role at a car rental location in Bloomington. This position combines customer service with performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with rentals, preparing agreements, and consistently offering additional products such as protection coverage, refueling options, and service upgrades.

This role offers hourly pay plus monthly performance bonuses based on the services you provide. The more you engage with customers and offer solutions, the more you can earn.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and offering products
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service
• Experience with sales or upselling
