Talent Account Manager (Operations Lead)

Novora MGT is a fast-growing influencer management and creator operations company. We work with digital creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and streaming to help them scale, monetize, and optimize their content.

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships and internal operations, ensuring each creator is fully supported and moving efficiently through our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators
• Join and assist on introductory calls with potential clients
• Help communicate and position our services clearly to new creators
• Conduct weekly check-ins with active clients
• Ensure creators receive all required support (content, posting, backend operations)
• Oversee internal departments, including:
  • Social Media Management
  • Production (filmers, editors, clippers)
  • Client Success / Support
• Coordinate across teams to ensure:
  • Timely onboarding
  • Content execution
  • Smooth communication
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure clients are moving efficiently through the pipeline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking on calls and building relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Leadership mindset with ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and take initiative
• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in sales, client management, or operations
• Experience working with creators or social media
• Background in marketing, communications, or business
