Operations Associate – Exclusive Live Media Platform

You’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, digital media, and operations while working in intimate, high-level settings where discretion and professionalism are essential.

• Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
• Support all aspects of event planning and on-site execution
• Assist with social media, digital content, and press materials
• Keep projects, contacts, and files organized
• Jump in wherever needed—you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team
