As a Camp Counselor, you'll lead a group of 7–10 awesome kids through exciting daily adventures-helping them grow, laugh, explore, and create unforgettable memories. From outdoor games and creative activities to campfire chats and character-building moments, you’ll be at the heart of it all. If you love working with kids, thrive in the great outdoors, and are passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a group of 7–10 campers, promoting personal growth and community.

Implement camp programs and activities, adapting to campers' interests and needs.

Collaborate with fellow staff to plan and execute engaging camp experiences.

Monitor and ensure the health and safety of campers at all times.

Communicate effectively with parents and camp leadership regarding camper experiences and any concerns.

Mentor Counselors-in-Training (CITs), fostering their leadership and counseling skills.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting.

Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Enthusiastic, dependable, and fun-loving attitude.

Commitment to promoting campers' growth in character and confidence.
