Graduate Assistant for Multi-Media Services & Creative Content
The Le Moyne College Athletic Department is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Graduate Assistant for Multi-Media Services & Creative Content for the Spring 2026 semester. This Graduate Student will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of sports multi-media services while working at a premier NCAA Division I athletic program in all aspects of daily operations and event management. The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between the Athletic Department, College campus and local community charged with generating excitement and awareness. The selected candidate will be permitted to take two classes each semester (four semesters) as progress toward earning a master’s degree from Le Moyne College. Additionally, the Graduate Assistant will be paid a $3,000 stipend each semester.
Objective & Responsibilities
The overall objective of this program is to provide an opportunity for a Graduate Student to gain knowledge and understanding of multi-media and creative content within an intercollegiate athletic department. The Multi-Media Services & Creative Content Graduate Assistant will be tasked with managing all aspects of Le Moyne’s Athletic video services department, including live streaming on NEC Front Row and creative content while developing their own professional skill set in preparation for a career in collegiate or professional athletics.
The Graduate Assistant will be assigned projects to help market and promote Le Moyne’s 21 athletic programs by producing compelling video content and enhancing the overall brand of Le Moyne Athletics.
During their their term as Graduate Assistant, the selected candidate can expect to work on the following projects:

-- Digital & Social Media
Expectations
A key component of the Graduate Assistant experience requires the individual to work various athletic department events throughout the year. With many of these events held in the evening and on weekends, the Graduate Assistant will be required to be available to work beyond their traditional class schedule. In addition to working on game day, a schedule of office hours and weekly meetings will be established to preview, prepare and review department projects.
At no time, will the Graduate Assistant be permitted to miss class for events.
Prior experience working in athletics is preferred, but not necessary. As representatives of the Le Moyne College Department of Athletics, the Multi-Media Services & Creative Content Graduate Assistant will be required to represent the College at all times in a professional manner.
