**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various massage techniques and have a strong commitment to improving clients' well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform high-quality deep tissue massages, Swedish massages, hot stone and cupping therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients' health history, concerns, and desired outcomes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend follow-up sessions to support clients' wellness goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Uphold the clinic's standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Attend weekly 1:1 team meeting and monthly clinic meetings.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid Massage Therapist license or certification in the state of California required.
• Min 2-years experience practicing massage therapy, with proficiency in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stones and cupping techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal health.
• Dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule.
• Ability to work alone and without supervision.
• Previous experience in occupational health or related fields is a plus.
