📋 Your Role at Blossom Counseling:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through:

  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Performing clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of services.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Upholding legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Independent licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and clinical documentation.
  • Availability for evening appointments.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions.

 

✅ Clearances Required:

  • FBI, PSP, and ChildLine.
  • Background check.

 

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Part-Time Positions:

  • 10–20 clinical hours per week.
  • $50–$65 per hour, based on experience.
  • Non-clinical tasks compensated at $15 per hour.
  • Late cancel/no-show protection.

 

Full-Time Positions:

  • 21–25 clinical hours per week.
  • $50,000–$65,000 annual salary, based on experience.
  • Benefits include:

Please include a 1–2 page cover letter that answers the following prompts (you can write it as a traditional letter or as short reflections — we love authenticity):

 

  1. Your Story: Tell us how you found your way into the world of therapy — what drew you in, and what keeps you here?
  2. The Work You Love: What types of clients, populations, or presenting issues make you feel most alive and effective in session?
  3. Growth & Longevity: How do you see your clinical identity evolving over the next few years, and what would make Blossom a long-term professional home for you?
  4. Private Practice Mindset: Have you worked in private practice or a similar setting before? If so, what did you love about it — and what did you learn about yourself as a clinician and a professional?
  5. Your Why: What makes you excited about the possibility of joining this team, in this season of your career?
