Model Shop Assistant (Manufacturing)

Row Innovations LLC is a small concept-to-production design firm specializing in the development of products for the fishing industry. 

While our work is not limited to the fishing industry, we currently assist over 30 clients who manufacture artificial fishing lures on varying manufacturing scales. The majority our current client work lies within the “swimbait” market.

Due to recent expansions within our manufacturing department, we are eagerly looking to grow our bandwidth of hands-on team members.

We are seeking individuals with a background in Industrial design, Engineering, Art, or similar schooling. The ideal candidate will posses prior hands-on shop experience with an eye for craft and detail.  

This is a full-time, in-person manufacturing based position at our facility in Lynn, MA.   We have multiple positions for both temp/seasonal and permanent team members.

This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Casting 2-part resins, silicones, and rubbers
• Hand finishing of parts
• Quality control inspection of parts
• Preparation and organization of materials and components
• Preparation for shipping
• Inventory tracking
• Maintaining a safe and clean shop environment
