Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in digital marketing and social media management and exposure marketing for a variety of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Support:
   • Assist in creating and scheduling content for clients' social media platforms.
   • Monitor and manage clients' social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries under supervision.
   • Research industry trends and provide recommendations for clients' social media strategies.
2. Content Creation:
   • Help create visually appealing content with graphics, videos, and copy tailored to each client's brand and audience.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Track and analyze the performance of clients' social media posts and campaigns.
   • Use insights to suggest improvements for clients' social media strategies.
4. Marketing Support:
   • Provide additional marketing support including administrative tasks, research, pricing, proposals, client requests, or other projects to meet business needs. 

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficient in social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Currently pursuing or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
