AI Research Intern / Film & TV

About Us
Big Beach is the Academy and Emmy Award-winning independent studio behind some of the most recognizable indie films, television, and theater productions over the last 15 years. Founded in 2004, Big Beach has produced many acclaimed projects including the Academy Award-winning LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, LOVING, A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, and THE FAREWELL. In TV, we produced the critically acclaimed VIDA for Starz, HBO’s NUCLEAR FAMILY, and Facebook Watch’s STRANGERS and SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. Recent films include JULES and OUT OF MY MIND (Disney+). Our latest — Sundance breakout SORRY, BABY — was acquired by A24 and released theatrically this summer.

As the entertainment industry evolves, Big Beach is exploring the future of storytelling and how new technologies — particularly artificial intelligence — are shaping development, production, and distribution.
