General Responsibilities
Attend weekly staff and Sunday planning meetings.
Participate in church functions (e.g., Prayer Nights, Holiday Events).
Engage relationally in the life and ministry of the church throughout the week.
Executive Responsibilities
Shape church and staff culture through presence and effective communication.
Collaborate with the Lead Pastor on staffing and ministry strategies.
Lead weekly Sunday planning meetings.
Support staff and volunteers in their ministries.
Identify and address areas for improvement to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Operations Management
Human Resources: payroll, benefits, hiring/firing, evaluations, policies.
Facilities: leases, operations, equipment, maintenance, capital improvements.
Security: training, logistics, compliance.
Emergency evacuation plan: maintain and communicate clearly.
Church-wide communication: email, website, social media.
Ensure smooth execution of church business to support ministry efforts.
Finance & Stewardship
Set financial goals with the Lead Pastor.
Develop and implement donor relations strategies.
Review monthly expenses and meet with staff to evaluate spending.
Lead special projects (e.g., fundraising, church planting campaigns).
Collaborate on annual budget creation.
Pastoral Responsibilities
Maintain visible and accessible leadership during weekend services.
Preach 10–12 times per year and serve in other roles (e.g., Lord’s Table, Call to Worship, Prayer).
Lead volunteer leadership development.
Provide pastoral care (e.g., funerals, hospital visits, weddings, premarital counseling).
Success Indicators
Outpouring Orlando becomes a warm, growing, Christ-centered, multi-ethnic, disciple-making church.
Leaders and volunteers are inspired to live out the church’s mission.
Church operations are well-managed, allowing pastors to focus on ministry.
Systems and structures are effective and continually refined.
Expectations & Compensation
Hours: 40–50 per week
Salary: Based on education and ministry experience
Benefits:
15 vacation days per year (excluding major holidays)
12 sick days per year
$1,500 expense account
$3,000 health/medical allowance
