Job Title: Contract Data & Operations Assistant (Part-Time Freelance, Remote)

4–8 hours every Friday (flexible time of day)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and reliable Contract Data & Operations Assistant to support our small but dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our internal trackers, invoices, and contract records are accurate, up-to-date, and easy for our team to use. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in our databases, carefully double-checking for errors.
Review invoices and assign correct categories for financial tracking.
Review contracts to identify deliverables, deadlines, and other key terms, then log them into our trackers.
Organize and maintain project status trackers, including reaching out via email to team members or vendors to confirm updates.
Deliver clean, on-time reports and tracker updates each Friday.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative, operations, or data-entry roles requiring high attention to detail.
Strong organizational and logical thinking skills.
Excellent written communication skills; comfortable emailing internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
Working knowledge of invoices and basic contract terminology to extract relevant data accurately.
Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation:
$20-$30 depending on experience. Contract position, estimated 4–8 hours per week, every Friday. Temporary for 2 months. Possibility to extend.
