Part-Time HR & Benefits Coordinator

Part-Time HR & Benefits Coordinator (Remote | 15–20 hrs/week | Flexible Hours)

📍 Remote | Perfect for students or early-career professionals in HR or Business who want real-world experience!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and proactive HR & Benefits Coordinator to join our small, supportive team. If you’re studying HR, Business, or a related field—or recently graduated—and want hands-on experience helping clients and learning benefits administration, we want to meet you!

💼 What You’ll Do:

Respond to client questions about benefits (open enrollment, coverage concerns, etc.)

Keep systems and contact details up to date

Research HR & benefits topics using tools like Mineral

Help with marketing projects (newsletter copy, updating HR sections of our website, etc.)

✅ You’re a great fit if:

You’re in school or recently completed a degree/certification in HR, Business Admin, or similar

You’ve had a class, internship, or job in benefits or people operations

You love research, organization, and behind-the-scenes support

You’re comfortable working independently (remote role!) and asking questions

Bonus points if you’ve used Excel, PowerPoint, or a CRM before
