Production Coordinator

A&S Labels is the brand house behind Tiger Mist, I.AM.GIA, and our newest launch, CDP — fashion brands known for bold design, strong identities, and cult global followings. As we continue to grow our presence in the U.S., we’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our LA team and support seamless production across our I.AM.GIA DTC and wholesale channels.

This role is a key player in bringing our collections to life — working closely with offshore suppliers, our Australian HQ and the LA team to keep timelines on track and quality high. You’ll coordinate everything from PO creation to bulk approvals, and help ensure our product drops land on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

• Support managing production timelines and delivery schedules for the I.AM.GIA brand, including wholesale, and supporting the Production team broadly as needed.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across internal systems
• Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and internal teams across Design, Planning, and Logistics (in both LA and Australia)
• Track open POs and order requirements to support timely fulfilment to wholesale accounts
• Monitor vendor compliance with packaging, testing, and shipping requirements for our partners
• Flag any potential delays or delivery risks — and help problem-solve ahead of time
• Assist with fit and quality checks, ensuring every piece upholds our standards
• Contribute to supplier performance reviews and process improvements
• Coordinate with our shipping team to manage customs, documentation, and dispatch details

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in production coordination, ideally within fashion and/or wholesale
• Solid understanding of offshore production processes and supplier communication
• Clear, confident communicator who can work well with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail and solid Excel/database skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
