Position Summary

We’re looking for self-starting, confident, and passionate individuals to start this Fall/Winter and help 20North scale our rapid growth!

As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibilities will involve analyzing leads, creating a pipeline of qualified prospects, and collaborating with sales leaders to generate new sales opportunities. We are looking for an ideal candidate who can play a foundational role in our sales team and has the potential to grow into a successful leader.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Be a positive company representative at trade shows, company events, and market acquisition trips.
  • Engage in outbound communication to educate business owners about the benefits of our digital marketing services.
  • Identify and address potential challenges and opportunities with prospects, providing valuable leads and information to sales leaders.
  • Meet individual monthly and annual sales quotas while collaborating to improve team revenue goals.

Required Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
